Finding the right fit for therapy can be a challenge, and I understand that. This 30 minute consultation will take place virtually in order for us to meet each other and see if we are a good fit to work together!
60 Minute Individual Session
$125
Individual therapy sessions will take place virtually. This session rate is available on a sliding scale if needed. Although I am not able to accept insurance at this time, I can provide a superbill for insurance.
60 Minute Couples Session
$125
Couples therapy sessions will take place virtually, with both parties attending in the state of California.
Group Session
Rate varies based on group size
Inquire about mental health awareness discussions, team building and trust buiding activites, and informational lectures. Great for teams, offices, or small groups looking to learn or refine their skills.
